  • Groupon must be redeemed by expiry or ‘valid to’ date on voucher
  • You will receive your Virgin Balloon Flights voucher/s via email for online booking only
  • Flying season is March to October (with some regional variations)
  • Flight dates generally released gradually six to eight weeks in advance and are subject to availability
  • Flights are weather dependent. If flight cancelled due to weather you must rebook within validity period of balloon flight voucher
