Launching from our site high above the beautiful Ironbridge Gorge, you may well see the famous bridge itself as your Telford balloon flight adventure unfolds. Look out for the furnaces used to cast the iron for the bridge in the 18th century.
The River Severn will wind away towards the massive clay towers of Ironbridge power station, which are visible from all over Telford. Balloon rides are wonderful opportunities to study Shropshire landmarks like never before as you drift slowly by.
The wind may guide your hot air balloon over Telford Town Centre. Look out for the sweeping, green town park which lies between the bustling shopping centre and business parks.
The Wrekin - the largest hill for miles - is nearly always in view on a balloon ride from Telford and looks even more impressive from the air.

TF7 4DT Leave the M54 at Junction 4 and take the second exit signposted A442. At the second roundabout go left onto the A442 signposted Bridgnorth. Take the second slip road from this road (NOTE this is the continuation of the A442) signposted Madeley, Ironbridge Gorge. Filter right remaining on the A442. Caution: the left lane goes to Madeley & Shifnal. At the first roundabout turn right following the brown tourist sign for Telford Golf Club. Pass the Murco garage on the right hand side and turn left at the first roundabout towards Sutton Hill. Proceed along this road, take Great Hay Drive, the third road on the left. The hotel is located at the end of this road. It is important that you do not drive down the narrow tarmac road leading down to the launch site. Please park in the main car park, which is on the left hand side before the hotel entrance.
