Perhaps you’ll drift over the famous battlefield where William the Conquerer saw off King Harold the Saxon, or maybe you’ll snatch a glance at Leeds Castle (Kent), once described as the ‘loveliest castle in all the world’.

Wadhurst launch site:-

The post code for the meeting place for this launch site is TN5 6LA.From Tunbridge Wells
Take the A267 to Frant. Go through Frant and turn left onto the
B2099 towards Wadhurst and Ticehurst. Take the first right turning
signposted Partridge Lane.

From Lamberhurst
From the A21 at Lamberhurst take the B2100 to Wadhurst. At
Wadhurst take the B2099 towards Frant. Go through Wadhurst and
past the railway station. After the railway bridge take the second left
signposted Partridge Lane.

Stay on Partridge Lane and go past Earlye Farm.
Approximately 500 yards after the Earlye Farm sign go
through the first gated entrance on the right hand side.
This is the launch site and parking is through the gate
where you will find the balloon/ crew.
