Hot Air Balloon Rides over Norfolk

Ideally located on the Norfolk and Suffolk border, Diss gives you the opportunity to experience hot air balloon rides over both of these beautiful British regions and to explore the countryside from the skies.
Virgin Balloon Flights has partnered with The Cornwallis Country House Hotel and Restaurant which is a Grade ll listed building standing in 23 acres of tranquil gardens and woodland.
The nearby town of Norwich is steeped in history. Filled with ancient churches and medieval buildingsNorwich is a great town for historical sight-seeing and for taking in a bit of local culture and shopping opportunities!
On a clear day sights from the basket may include the lakes, rivers and windmills of the Norfolk Broads and an impressive Norman built castle. If the wind carries you towards Suffolk instead, you could see the rare cattle and Suffolk Punch horses of this beautiful landscape.
Depending on the direction of the wind you could drift over quiet villages, ancient market towns and rolling countryside on your balloon ride - a wonderful way to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of modern life.
