I just wanted to say that today we have had our balloon flight - WOOHOO! We had waited almost 3 years to do this and it was well worth the wait, it was spectacular. Thank you to everyone in the Virgin booking centre who kept our hopes up big time when we were losing ours, the flight team Rebbeca Cains and (crew) Dave for a fab flight and a great landing. It was fun and exciting to take part in setting the balloon up and also putting it back together again, it has made some wonderful memories. We met some lovely people on our flight that had also waited to fly, some for over a year but again I must stress never ever give up. Don't give the staff a hard time, it's not their fault and they really help wherever they can. It's our lovely british weather and dreams do come true, you just sometimes have to wait a little longer for them to happen. When they do, and they will, it will be worth the wait - take it from someone who had waited nearly 3 years. Don't lose faith people and again, thanks to all at Virgin Balloon Flights for everything.
