When Can You Fly?

Important Bits

• Make sure you allow 3-4 hours for the full experience, as there are pilot briefings, balloon preparation and your Prosecco toast to enjoy either end of the flight itself
• Our balloon flights are a wonderful shared experience with 12-16 passengers in the basket
• The UK's hot air balloon flying season runs from March to October every year
• Hot air ballooning is completely dependent on the weather, so please be prepared for possible cancellations if conditions are not safe to fly on the day
• If your flight is cancelled, don’t worry! You always have at least another six months to book again, as we extend all vouchers if you’re cancelled near the end of their validity
• Our flight vouchers will never expire as long as you book again within any six month extension, even if you experience more than one cancellation
• Balloon flight vouchers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Sorry, but we can’t fly you if you’ve recently had major surgery
• We also can’t fly you if you’re pregnant, but we will extend your voucher so you can fly with us after baby arrives
• Please check with a medical professional before buying or booking if you have a pre-existing condition that might affect your experience
• Due to space and weight limitations of the balloons and baskets, a weight supplement may apply if you are over 18 stone, so please get in touch to discuss this
