DELIVERY OPTIONS EXPLAINED
When you buy a Virgin Balloon Flight you can choose to receive your vouchers by email, post or both and standard delivery on all vouchers and packages is completely free!
None of our packaging includes any Virgin Balloon Flights branding, so we won’t let the cat out of the bag if it’s a gift.
Vouchers by email
Left it late? We can send you an email-voucher as a high-resolution printable PDF which you can use or present on the big day. You’ll also receive a link to our printable brochure packed with info about what you can expect from the experience. For orders including packages, see Email & Post below.
Vouchers by post
Free standard delivery will get vouchers to you in 1-3 working days via Royal Mail 1st Class post. Packages which include merchandise will be on your door step within 5-7 days again via Royal Mail.
You can also select Express delivery on both vouchers and packages for an additional £6.99 per order (to one address up to 20 tickets or 10 packages) and they will be with you the next day via Interlink Express within a one hour delivery window. You’ll receive a text and email to let you know which hour it will be between 8am - 6pm.
Express delivery orders must be placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday to be received the next day. Orders placed on Fridays will reach you by Monday and orders on Saturday or Sunday will arrive Tuesday.
Orders containing GIfts Extras that are dispatched directly via Virgin Wines must be placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday to be received the next day. Orders placed on Fridays will reach you by Monday and orders on Saturday or Sunday will arrive Tuesday.
Email & post
The best of both! If you just can’t wait to book your flight, this method means your e-vouchers arrive instantly and are followed by your physical vouchers (plus merchandise if you’ve ordered a package or GIft Extras) to arrive at a time depending on the postal delivery method you select.
Please note: we will dispatch vouchers & packages as soon as possible, but we are not liable for any delays caused by Royal Mail or our courier partner or Gifts Extras being dispatched by Virgin Wines. The Express Delivery text/email service is provided by Interlink Express and by choosing this option you are agreeing to abide by their terms and conditions and to us passing on your mobile number and email address to them solely for this purpose.
