For sunrise flights, your shared adventure begins at first light when you arrive at your chosen launch site to meet your pilot and crew. For sunset flights, you will meet in the early evening as the day begins to soften. After a short safety briefing, you will both watch the balloon come to life as it inflates. You can help with the setup if you would like to. Once in the air, you will drift peacefully for around an hour, taking in sweeping views of the countryside together. A ground crew will be ready to meet you on landing. You will celebrate your shared experience with a glass of Prosecco and receive a signed certificate before being transported back to your launch site.

If your flight is postponed because of weather, we will extend your voucher so that you both still enjoy the full experience. If you change your mind, you can exchange your voucher for another experience within three months of purchase through our Virgin Exchange Programme. With instant email delivery, it is easy to gift this experience to another couple or to plan something special together at short notice.
