Following the sudden closure of Cotswold Balloon Safaris, Virgin Balloon Flights has agreed to step in and provide alternative balloon rides for affected passengers.
If you have previously purchased or booked a shared/group balloon ride with Cotswold Balloon Safaris and currently have a valid flight voucher, contact our customer service team on one of the channels below.

You will need the following information, so that we can cross-check your details with the passenger list given to us by Cotswold Balloon Safaris:
- Voucher number(s)
- Passenger name(s)
- Full contact details
Once your voucher has been verified, Virgin Balloon Flights will issue you with a new voucher and security code, valid for a full 18 months and will full instructions on how to book your next flight.
Private Balloon Rides
If you have previously booked or purchased a private balloon flight with Cotswold Balloon Safaris, these vouchers are not being transferred to Virgin Balloon Flights and Cotswold Balloon Safaris will be in touch with you directly to explain what will happen with your flights.
