Just a quick email to say thank you for providing such an amazing hot air balloon flight experience. We had three tickets for the balloon flight at Colwick Racecourse yesterday for both myself, my dad and my mate and all three of us had such an amazing time. We would just like to say that our pilot Rebecca Cains was absolutely fantastic throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and will certainly remember this as an experience of a lifetime.
I just wanted to get in touch to say what a wonderful experience we had yesterday on our Virgin Balloon experience in Shipston. Russell was an absolute gentlemen and every bit a legend. I just wanted to say that today we have had our balloon flight - WOOHOO! We had waited almost 3 years to do this and it was well worth the wait, it was spectacular. Thank you to everyone in the Virgin booking centre who kept our hopes up big time when we were losing ours, the flight team Rebbeca Cains and (crew) Dave for a fab flight and a great landing. It was fun and exciting to take part in setting the balloon up and also putting it back together again, it has made some wonderful memories. We met some lovely people on our flight that had also waited to fly, some for over a year but again I must stress never ever give up. Don't give the staff a hard time, it's not their fault and they really help wherever they can. It's our lovely british weather and dreams do come true, you just sometimes have to wait a little longer for them to happen. When they do, and they will, it will be worth the wait - take it from someone who had waited nearly 3 years. Don't lose faith people and again, thanks to all at Virgin Balloon Flights for everything.
Wow! I just wanted to say what a fantastic experience this was. Pilot Tim Parker and his crew were very professional, making this a wonderful evening. A balloon flight was something I had always wanted to do and I was given this as a retirement gift from my friends at Stansted Airport. It was a truly unforgettable time and one I shall treasure. Absolutely out of this world and I could do it again tomorrow!
I would like to thank everyone involved with our great hot air balloon experience. Me and my son really enjoyed it and we will surely be doing this again in the future. My son has special needs and the help I received was great and very much appreciated, thank you. Rebecca Cains did a fab job in looking after us and making our experience memorable.
