Our fabulous back-up launch site for both Sheffield and Doncaster hot air balloon rides, your flight may be moved to the pretty market down of Penistone on the day.
A short distance from Barnsley, enjoy beautiful views over stunning South Yorkshire as you take life higher on an unforgettable hot air balloon trip.
From the M1 exit at junction 37 and take the A628 West towards Manchester, following this road and signs for Manchester at each roundabout.
After approximately 5.5 miles having arrived in Penistone, at the traffic lights turn left onto the B6462 signposted for Penistone Town Centre.
At the roundabout take the first exit left, then after approximately a quarter of a mile turn left onto Victoria Street. After another quarter of a mile, turn left onto Church View Road and the football club will be immediately on your right.
Parking is available and free within the entrance to the football club. Please park just beyond the entrance, where you will meet with your pilot and crew to be taken to the launch field.
