Tom and the team were all brilliant and I enjoyed all of the tasks in inflating and deflating the balloon.
I am so thrilled that I chose Virgin Balloons for my experience and that I paid for the video afterwards to add to the wonderful memories. Tom was very helpful in his briefings.
The weather was perfect and I loved all of the panoramic views of the stunning scenery.
TOM took a lot of care to ensure that everything went smoothly and that everyone enjoyed it and felt safe. I even praise the whole customer service team that were extremely helpful when I booked the flight. Well done to everyone. And thank you for a lovely time.”
