Here's a quick rundown of how it all works:
Our flying season runs from March to October, with some regional variations. The flight schedules are updated weekly, booking 6-8 weeks in advance, and you can make bookings online or by phone.
Once booked onto a flight, we'll email you your booking confirmation, which will confirm all the important details such as date, location, pilot's flight line number (to check the status of your flight), and the backup sites for your chosen location.
On the day of your flight, you'll be greeted by the pilot and balloon crew, given a safety briefing, and then invited to help with the inflation of the balloon.
Enjoy your flight!
You'll enjoy a glorious hot air balloon ride, taking in the spectacular sights as you drift slowly through the skies.
Upon landing, you can help with the deflation of the balloon and enjoy your traditional champagne toast to celebrate the experience.
You'll then be transported back to the launch site with your camera full of photos and memories that will last a lifetime!
