Aylesbury Hot Air Balloon Ride

Fun & Interesting Facts

Long running detective drama Midsomer Murders is filmed in Aylesbury and the surrounding villages. Thankfully real-life Buckinghamshire is a quieter but just as picturesque as the fictional county of Midsomer on TV.

About

An airborne adventure across the heart of Roald Dahl country awaits when you go up, up and away for an amazing Aylesbury hot air balloon ride.

Whichever way the wind takes you, enjoy stunning panoramic views across beautiful Buckinghamshire from the basket of our iconic big red balloon.

Leave all the stresses of real behind as you majestically fly higher and higher into the UK skies on the experience of a lifetime.

Miles of beautiful countryside stretches out in every direction, while to the south lies the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

With the right wind, you could find yourself flying over the home of Roald Dahl himself in the nearby village of Great Missenden, where the author wrote his universally loved children’s books.

No other experience compares to the exhilaration and relaxation you get when you fly on our Aylesbury hot air balloon.

Directions

Follow the A41 Bicester Road from Aylesbury and after approximately six miles, turn left onto High Street signposted for Westcott Venture Park.
Continue through Westcott village for 1 mile and on the right hand side you will come to Westcott Sports and Social Club.
Enter through the double gates and then take the first right off the main drive. Follow this road for 200 meters and you will come to a parking area on your left.
