Exit the M60 at Junction 19 and take the A576 signposted for Middleton. Stay in the left hand lane and after 200 metres, bear left onto the A6045 Heywood Old Road towards Heywood. Please park at Virgin Active on the right after one mile, where you will be met by your flight team and taken to the launch field on the opposite side of the road.
