Directions

The launch site is a flat grass field to the north of the four oaks garden centre. Situated within a few kilometres from the Mark 2 Telescope in Lower Withington.

Travelling from Macclesfield on the A537 Chelford road, as you enter Chelford take the first exit at the roundabout onto the A535 signposted for Holmes Chapel.

Continue on this road for 2.5 miles and after passing the Highway Garage on your left, turn left onto Long Shoot Road. After 2oo meters, take the second gated entrance on the right into the Four Oaks car park.

From the M6, exit at Junction 18 onto the A54 Middlewich Road towards Holmes Chapel and continue on this road into the village. At the mini roundabouts, turn right and then turn left to continue straight through the Holmes Chapel and following the A535 towards Macclesfield. At the next roundabout take the second exit straight onto the A535. Continue on this road for just over 3 miles, and then turn right onto Long Shoot Road, just before the Highway Garage ahead on the right. After 2oo meters, take the second gated entrance on the right into the Four Oaks car park.
