The pretty village of Sutton Valence is a lovely spot to begin your flight. We fly from Great Oak Farm, just a short drive outside Sutton Valence itself.
If your flight does get moved to here, beautiful countryside and rolling fields lie in almost every direction.
A northerly wind could bring such landmarks as the ruins of 12th century Sutton Valence Castle and the Ridge Golf Club into view, while to the south lies Headcorn with its remains of the famous Headcorn Oak tree at the foot of which, according to local tradition, King John to eat a lunch and watch bull baiting.
