Our beautiful back-up launch site for a gorgeous Lake District balloon ride, your flight may be moved on the day to the pretty village of Yealand Conyers.
Just outside Carnforth, get ready for some truly stunning views as you go up, up and away on the airborne adventure of a lifetime.
From the M6, exit at junction 35 and exit onto A601(M) towards Carnforth and Morecambe.
At the next roundabout, take the exit onto the A6 North towards Milnthorpe. At the next roundabout take the first exit to continue on the A6.
Approximately half a mile AFTER the dual carriageway ends, you will see a lay-by on your right and the next gate into the field is the entrance to our launch site.
Note: If you pass Dykes Lane on the left, signposted for Yealand Conyers and which the postcode will take you to, then you have gone too far. (This is the closest postcode we can get for the launch field.)
The gate to the field should be open, so please park in the field as directed by the crew. If the gate is not open, please wait in the lay-by for the crew to arrive.
